Fitty goes after Diddy on just released mixtape · 617 days ago by J-Cent

Apparently 50 Cent is letting his frusteration get the better of him as he tries to move rapper Mase over to his G-Unit crew.

Just last week 50 Cent leaked another mixtape named “Hip-Hop” in which he goes all out on Diddy to the beat of the Dead Prez’s track with the same name. In the leaked mixtape, 50 cent shoots some wild tottally unfounded verbal accusations.

Here’s a sample of the lyrics

“Who shot Biggie Smalls?/ [If] we don’t get them, they gonna kill us all,” 50 raps. “Man, Puffy know who hit that n—-a man, that n—-a’s soft/ He’s scared them boys from the west side gonna break him off.”

50 ends by saying, “I guess this means I won’t be invited to [Diddy’s] White Parties in the Hamptons/ I don’t give a f—-, I don’t wanna hang out with your punk a—, no way.”

The song is also being included on a brand spanking new mixtape released just yesterday named “G-Unit Radio Part 22”

In the song “Get Down” fitty tries to make fun of Diddy’s recent skin care product endorsements with Proactiv.

“You probably heard Mase tried to join the team/ ‘Cause Puff was too busy trying to sell pimple cream … Next he’ll sell Maybelline/ Or dance next to [Yung] Joc, trying to get hot.”

But these verbal attacks hardly seem to be bothering Sean Combs (Diddy) but we’ll definately keep an eye on this one!

50 Cent Sued by Woman · 622 days ago by J-Cent

While its never suprising anymore when a celebrity gets sued we still felt this was news worthy.

Earlier in August, 50 Cent was served with a civil lawsuit launched by 2 unidentified woman in which they claim they were buried under a crowd and trampled at one of 50 Cents shows at the Hippodrome in Massachusetts, not only that but they also claim they were physically battered by the rapper himself.

The lawsuit was filed at the Hampden County Superior Court on August 16th 2006 and directly names the Hippodrome, Fitty and Lloyd Banks in the suit.

The two woman say they were the victims of negligence and battery as they were trampled and buried by other members of the audience near the densely packed stage when 50 Cent jumped off and supposedly landed on them.

The woman are sueing for $25,000 each saying they were injured and suffered contusions as well as sprains as the were “placed in fear of their lives.” This total includes hospital expenses of $3000 and $4000 in physical therapy etc.

Personally I think this is ridiculous, if he did in fact land on the two woman then fine they should have their hospital bills reimbursed but I just can’t believe they suffered so much damage that they both deserve $25000.

Considering the lawsuit was made 2 full years after the event took place tells me these two need money and figured this is an easy way to get it.. enough said.

Jessica and 50 cent: Pass right on by · 639 days ago by J-Cent

Rumour has it Jessica Biel felt disappointed when she didn’t get to share any scenes with co-star 50 Cent in their new Iraqi war film “Home Of THe Brave.”

In an MTV interview she says “I only worked with him one day, and we didn’t even speak to each other in that scene. He’s with some soldiers, and I’m on my own with some other soldiers, and I walk by him. It was disappointing I didn’t really get to actually work with him, but he was lovely and really nice.”

My opinion of Jessica couldn’t be any lower right now.

Gamespot reviews PSP version of 50 Cent: Bulletproof · 648 days ago by J-Cent

50 cent Bullet Proof

Last year’s PS2 version of 50 Cent: Bulletproof was pretty unremarkable with a 3rd person perspective and boreing gameplay.

This year the game has been ported to the PSP and some things have changed for the better.

For starters the storyline is the same, you take control of 50 Cent and go all out gangsta to try and save your friend K-Dog. As the story progresses, you will take on rival gang members, good cops, bad cops and everything in between as the story gets more complicated and you unravel the mystery of K-Dog’s disappearance.

However this time around the game is shown from a new overhead perspective, in order to compliment this drastic change the fighting system has also been overhauled with the ability to use human shields, multi-hit melee combos and execution moves.

R&B/Hip hop sales lagging · 663 days ago by J-Cent

So we are now over six months into 2006, and so far the overall R&B/hip-hop album sales have suffered a resounding 22.4% drop to 53.8 million units from the record setting 69.3 million units scanned during the same six-month period in 2005.

Taken alone it looks very grave, rap sales for 2006’s first half stand at 29.5 million units versus last years 35.1 million units, a 15.9% drop.

However this time last year, R&B/hip-hop was flush with major-league blockbusters from three artists: the Game, 50 Cent, who had the only million-selling week last year and Mariah Carey.

In the first half of this year, R&B/hip-hop still has several million-plus sellers on the billboard top 10: Mary J. Blige (1.5 million sales), T.I. (1.3 million sales), Ne-Yo (1 million sales) and Jamie Foxx (1 million sales). Although those numbers are strong, they don’t compare to the tune played by the 50 Cent/Carey/Game trio in 2005.

When you subtract the 8.4 million that those three projects sold in the first six months of last year, R&B/hip-hop’s sales would remain ahead of the 2006 number but by a much slimmer margin. And remember, there are still a few superstar releases coming up, including Beyonce, Ludacris, OutKast, Janet Jackson and the Game’s long-awaited follow-up.

50 CENT TO WORK WITH ASHER D? · 664 days ago by J-Cent

British rapper/actor ASHER D is rumoured to be teaming up with 50 Cent for his next release, after the two became friends on the set of GET RICH OR DIE TRYIN’.

The former SO SOLID CREW star is planning to work with with the American superstar on a duet. ASHER D says, “50 Cent is cool. I’ve been so busy filming and so has he, so we couldn’t get into the studio for my next album. “But we have kept in touch since and are definitely going to do a collaboration for my next one.”

Personally I think this is great news

Soon to be released 50 cent mix tape is a jab at rap rival "The Game" · 672 days ago by J-Cent

50 cent has personally chosen a digitally-modified image of his rival The Game wearing a slinky thong for the cover of his newest mixtape, to be released soon. The pair are still locked in a feud, and The Game recently displayed pictures of G-UNIT dressed up like The Village People.

The soon to be released mixtape also showcases audio from an episode of the tv dating show Change of Heart that THE GAME appeared in. 50 Cent also has made claims that The Game a few years ago was a stripper named Doja. During a Los Angeles performance on June 8th 2006 Saturday, The Game was qouted saying, They got me dressed like a stripper on their new mixtape. I look kinda cute. But the motherf**king Game don’t do no stripping.
